Directions for use:
Warm up the compress in the microwave or in hot water, or cool in the refrigerator or freezer. Place the compress into the cover provided and apply to body part.
- Used for cold therapy, this pack can treat acute injuries such as ankle sprains and reduce swelling, pain and inflammation.
- Used for hot therapy, this pack can treat chronic musculoskeletal pain and decrease muscle spasms and reduce pain for conditions such as arthritis, back pain and period pain.
